HELP CHILDREN FEEL SEEN. HEARD. UNDERSTOOD.

¿Hablas Español? Your language can change a child's life.

At Precious Care ABA, we believe every child deserves to learn, grow, and communicate in the language that feels most like home.

We're growing our bilingual team because we're proud to support several Spanish-speaking children and families who deserve care from someone who understands not only their language, but also the importance of culture, connection, and representation.

For many of our families, having a Spanish-speaking Behavior Technician means:

    • Children can communicate more comfortably.
    • Parents can actively participate in therapy without language barriers.
    • Families build stronger relationships with their care team.
    • Every child feels seen, heard, respected, and valued.

Your ability to speak Spanish is more than a qualification—it can become one of the most meaningful parts of a child's journey.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bilingual Autism Paraprofessional (Behavior Technician), you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Every child is unique, so every day brings something new. You'll help children build lifelong skills while celebrating milestones both big and small.

You'll support children in areas including:

    • Communication
    • Social Skills
    • Emotional Regulation
    • Daily Living Skills
    • Play Skills
    • School Readiness
    • Independence
    • Positive Behavior Development

You'll receive ongoing support from an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will coach and mentor you throughout your career.

NO ABA EXPERIENCE? WE'LL TRAIN YOU!

Many of our best Behavior Technicians had no previous ABA experience.

If you love working with children, have a positive attitude, and are excited to learn, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed.

    WHY JOIN PRECIOUS CARE ABA?

We believe supporting our employees is just as important as supporting our families.

    Here's what you can expect:

    • $20–$30/hour based on experience and certification
    • $500 Sign-On Bonus
    • Flexible after-school, evening, and weekend schedules
    • Clients matched as close to your home as possible
    • Paid training
    • Ongoing BCBA mentorship
    • Career growth opportunities into RBT, Lead BT, and future BCBA pathways
