    Who We're Looking For:

    We are seeking a skilled Machinist with CAD/CAM programming experience to join our Fabrication Team. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts across a variety of projects and industries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

    Responsibilities

    Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and/or turning machinesCreate and modify CAD models and CAM toolpaths to support production and prototypingInterpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specificationsSelect appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining strategiesPerform first-article inspections and ensure parts meet quality standardsTroubleshoot machining and programming issues to improve efficiency and qualityCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teamsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

    Qualifications

    Experience as a Machinist with hands-on CNC machiningProficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM, or similar)Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and toolingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and GD&TExperience with tight tolerances and precision componentsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC machinesBackground in aerospace, defense, medical, or high-precision manufacturingExperience with additive manufacturing or hybrid workflowsFamiliarity with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing practices

    Who We’re Looking For:

    We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Junior Manufacturing Technician to join our production team at our Gilbert, AZ facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving mechanical problems, and learning precision assembly techniques. Previous cable assembly experience is not required — we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assemble cable harnesses and electromechanical components from schematics and technical drawingsUse hand tools, crimpers, cutters, soldering equipment, and measurement toolsConduct regular inspections of your own work to ensure high-quality standardsMaintain accurate build documentation and follow detailed assembly instructionsWork closely with production leads and quality teams to meet delivery schedulesDemonstrate a willingness to continuously improve workmanship and technical skills.

    Desirable Qualifications

    Experience in manufacturing, assembly, automotive, aviation, electronics, or tradesFamiliarity with soldering or wiringFamiliarity with industry standards such as IPC-620 and J-STDAbility to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, drawings, and blueprintsComfortable documenting and tracking work performed


    Additional Requirements:

    Ability to hear well, as this is an essential job function. The production floor can be noisy at times, and clear hearing is necessary for safety and effective communication.Ability to lift up to 60lbsThis is a full-time, on-site positionCandidates must be willing to work second shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday – Friday) as needed - eligible for shift differentialReliable and punctual attendance is essential

    Who We’re Looking For:

    We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team at our Gilbert, AZ facility. This role is best suited for candidates with a proven background in electromechanical assembly and cable manufacturing who can independently take projects from schematic through full build completion.

    This is not an entry-level position—we are looking for technicians who can contribute immediately with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Independently assemble components using schematics, technical drawings, and build documentationBuild and terminate cables, wire harnesses, breakout boxes, and electromechanical assemblies to industry standardsPerform precision soldering, wire stripping/tinning, and crimping with consistent qualityTie, route, and sleeve wire harnesses using established professional methodsExecute potting and molding processes (prior hands-on experience strongly preferred)Conduct thorough self-inspections to ensure builds meet quality and compliance standardsAccurately document work and maintain detailed production recordsTroubleshoot and resolve assembly issues with minimal oversight

    Required Qualifications (Experience Matters):

    1+ years of hands-on experience in cable assembly, electronics manufacturing, or electromechanical buildsStrong working knowledge of IPC-620 and/or J-STD standardsProven ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and blueprintsDemonstrated expertise in soldering, crimping, and harness assembly techniquesExperience working in a production or manufacturing environment with quality standardsAbility to work independently and manage tasks with limited supervision

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Advanced experience with complex harnessing, chassis wiring, or custom buildsPrior experience with potting, molding, or similar processesIPC certification(s)
