You would be joining a small, experienced team: two physicians and a PA who are genuinely invested in mentoring a new colleague, helping you build your clinical voice in a place where your work will be seen and valued.

    COMPENSATION

    Base salary range: $135,000 - $144,000 (depending on experience)

    Year two: Production bonus added to base

    Sign-on / loan repayment: Available; details provided on inquiry

    Schedule: 4-day workweek, flexible based on experience

    PRACTICE AND TEAM

    This is a 100% outpatient primary care role with a dedicated mentorship structure: two experienced physicians and a skilled PA who are actively involved in your development. Onboarding is tailored to your experience level, not a one-size-fits-all ramp.

    Setting: 100% outpatient primary care

    Mentorship: 2 physicians and 1 PA, directly invested in your growth

    Support: Strong MA and clinic team

    Professional development: ThriveAP enrollment (structured NP/PA advancement program)

    Pendleton Family Medicine is a full-spectrum primary care practice serving the Pendleton community across every stage of life, from preventive care and sports physicals to chronic disease management and family medicine. You would be joining a physician-heavy team of six providers including two MDs and two DOs, a structure that offers genuine day-to-day clinical collaboration and mentorship for an APP coming into primary care.

    COMPENSATION

    Year one guaranteed salary: $128,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)

    Earnings potential after year one: Up to $175,000 (production-based)
