JOB DESCRIPTION
The Foreman is a member of our outside plant division, directed by the Construction Manager, accountable to ensure accuracy related to tasks and follow all policies and procedures related to safety, quality and production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate construction equipment, including but not limited to a mini excavator, skid steer, trench machinery, directional drill operation, backhoe, and large trenchers and plows.Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment in a safe mannerLocate cables in accordance with blueprintsIdentify marked and/or unmarked utilities in the construction areaPerform pre and post operation inspection of the equipment; ensure routine equipment maintenance is performed per service requirements and safety guidelinesHand dig utilizing shovel and/or other mechanical tools as requiredOrganize materials and basic hand tools necessary to complete excavation requirementsRestore and/or landscape disturbed areas of the job siteComplete all required Company documentationOther duties as assignedMust always comply with proper safety standards/procedures and work practices while operating equipment according to Pramira’s safety standards.QUALIFICATIONS
Two or more years’ experience as a foreman Two or more years’ experience operating machinery in standard and high-risk areasOne year experience operating a RT80 trencher or similarCommercial driver’s license (CDL) preferredKnowledge of highway traffic control standardsAbility to read and understand blueprintsKnowledge of utility depths and placementMay be required to work long and unpredictable hoursMust be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 75 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxesAbility to work in various settings with moderate to loud noise levels.Ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surfacesAbility to work outdoors in all types of weatherAbility to work in trenches, tunnels, and manholesMay be required to work long and unpredictable hoursMust pass a Drug Test & Background CheckBENEFITS

The Fiber Optic Blower is responsible for installing fiber optic cable through conduits using specialized blowing equipment. This role involves preparing job sites, handling fiber reels, operating fiber blowing machines, and ensuring that all installations meet project and safety standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate fiber optic cable blowing equipment safely and efficiently.Prepare job sites, including setting up conduit paths, assisting with pulling tapes, and verifying duct integrity.Load and unload fiber reels, monitor blowing progress, and ensure correct cable placement.Perform basic troubleshooting of fiber optic cable and equipment issues.Maintain accurate records of footage installed, materials used, and work completed.Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and traffic control procedures.Communicate effectively with the Foreman, crew members, and supervisors regarding job status and issues.Assist with cleanup and restoration of the worksite upon completion.All other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of experience in fiber optic installation or utility construction preferred. Familiarity with fiber blowing machines and basic fiber handling practices.Ability to read and follow job prints, maps, and specifications.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.Safety-conscious.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Work outdoors in various weather conditions.Stand, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods.Flexible schedule, with hours of day and days of week.BENEFITS

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Fiber Splicer is responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables in underground and aerial applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Fusion splices SM ribbon and loose tube fiber optic cables, to initiate or terminate various types of fiber optic connectors (ST, SC, LC).Installs and tests pressurized and non-pressurized closures on all types and sizes of cable.Analyzes and troubleshoots basic technical problems or issues.Reviews, interprets, and works with various maps, drawings, blueprints and testing documents.Performs daily testing and maintenance of splicing and testing equipment.Performs optical continuity and conformance testing.Makes splicing rearrangements on existing facilities in underground, aerial and building work locations.Adheres to company policies, regulations, procedures, and principles.All other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 Years Experience with installation and testing of fiber optic cables. Working knowledge of using various fusion splicing and optical testing equipment including, Alcoa Fujikura, GN Net Test, EXFO, Fitel, Sumitomo, and Viavi.Working knowledge of GS150 and GS350 Fiber Jetters. Ability to climb and work at elevations (e.g., from ladders, poles, lift trucks, etc.).Ability to work in confined spaces.Safety-conscious.Flexible schedule, with hours of day and days of week.BENEFITS
