The Commercial Truck Driver will be transporting material, equipment and job-related items, including performing general construction labor functions as directed by the Construction Foreman. Accountable to ensure accuracy related to tasks and follow all policies and procedures related to safety, quality and production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Will perform construction workMust be willing to travel and work overtime as neededMust be able to perform physical manual labor duties within the workdayEnsure that safety equipment is used properly at all times and that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.Operate service and maintain trucks and other equipment.Comply with proper method of loading and unloading for the various material and equipment to be transported.Be able to follow company guidelines in regard to acceptable conduct when dealing with customers, fellow employees and the public.Keep appropriate documentation, driver daily logs, all necessary trip reports, and fuel reports.QUALIFICATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Fiber Optic Blower is responsible for installing fiber optic cable through conduits using specialized blowing equipment. This role involves preparing job sites, handling fiber reels, operating fiber blowing machines, and ensuring that all installations meet project and safety standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate fiber optic cable blowing equipment safely and efficiently.Prepare job sites, including setting up conduit paths, assisting with pulling tapes, and verifying duct integrity.Load and unload fiber reels, monitor blowing progress, and ensure correct cable placement.Perform basic troubleshooting of fiber optic cable and equipment issues.Maintain accurate records of footage installed, materials used, and work completed.Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and traffic control procedures.Communicate effectively with the Foreman, crew members, and supervisors regarding job status and issues.Assist with cleanup and restoration of the worksite upon completion.All other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of experience in fiber optic installation or utility construction preferred. We’re seeking skilled Installation Technicians in the Palmdale area to handle residential and commercial fiber installations, MDU wiring, and service repairs. The role involves routing drop fiber, setting up customer equipment, performing testing, and documenting each job for NOC approval.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete fiber installations (Phase 1 & Phase 2) from curb to customer premise.Run fiber drops, perform standard penetrations, and complete ONT activation with NOC support.Conduct MDU site surveys, labeling, and layout sketches per project specs.Execute basic network troubleshooting and device configuration on-site.Support emergency maintenance and after-hours service tickets as needed.Maintain vehicle inventory and ensure materials and tools are in working order.Ensure installations meet Pramira’s and the Owner’s quality, documentation, and safety standards.Uphold professionalism and communication with residents, property managers, and internal teams.All other duties as assignedQualificationsPay range: $22-$25/hr. The Fiber Splicer is responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables in underground and aerial applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Fusion splices SM ribbon and loose tube fiber optic cables, to initiate or terminate various types of fiber optic connectors (ST, SC, LC).Installs and tests pressurized and non-pressurized closures on all types and sizes of cable.Analyzes and troubleshoots basic technical problems or issues.Reviews, interprets, and works with various maps, drawings, blueprints and testing documents.Performs daily testing and maintenance of splicing and testing equipment.Performs optical continuity and conformance testing.Makes splicing rearrangements on existing facilities in underground, aerial and building work locations.Adheres to company policies, regulations, procedures, and principles.All other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 Years Experience with installation and testing of fiber optic cables. Working knowledge of using various fusion splicing and optical testing equipment including, Alcoa Fujikura, GN Net Test, EXFO, Fitel, Sumitomo, and Viavi.Working knowledge of GS150 and GS350 Fiber Jetters.
