    The Production Supervisor on the night shift shall be responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed on his or her shift, including but not limited to the following:

    Coordinates the processes and people involved in the production, storage, refrigeration and load out of products manufactured on their shift.

    Assist in the training, scheduling, inventorying and staffing of the shift.

    Must be familiar with and responsible for the Good Manufacturing Practices, company rules, policies and procedures, Quality Control standards, OSHA regulations and EPA guidelines enforced at their location.

    Must be familiar with S.Q.F. standards and work with employees, auditing firms and government agencies to ensure compliance.

    This is a fluid milk and cultured products dairy manufacturing operation in which the applicant will be responsible for the finish-up, clean-up and start-up thereof.

    Previous dairy experience is encouraged but not required.

    This individual will be working different days and different shifts to ensure compliance, quality and quantity of work.

    Must be able to work independently and with others. Must have good telephone skills, and be able to communicate both orally and in writing.

    The Sales Route Driver is responsible for the delivery and restocking of products to retail stores or wholesale distribution locations.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    Minimum Age: 21, as per Federal D.O.T. regulationsMust Pass clearinghouse. Must have a valid Class B commercial driver's license.Must be able to pass a D.O.T. Physical and Drug ScreenAbility to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required.Experience: Past route sales experience and a good driving record preferred6 months of verifiable experience driving Class B commercial vehicles preferred.Experience in product delivery and customer service preferred.
    Responsibilities:
    Safely load, unload, and deliver products to each account.Drive truck over established route to deliver, stock, and stage products at customer locations.Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays and deliver promotional material to customers.Verify shipment accuracy and salable condition of the product.Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints.Collect empty containers, and rejected, or unsold merchandise for a return.Complete daily inventory, orders, delivery invoices, and proof of delivery as required.Perform Motor Vehicle Inspections on trucks to conform to DOT regulations and company policy and assist with routine maintenance on trucks.Exhibit courteousness toward customers and work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors.Maintain a neat appearance and follow established policies and the direction of management.Maintain vehicle and hours of service logs as required by DOT.Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours.
    Physical Demand/Working Conditions:
    Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend.The route sales driver will have to stack and unstack items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately seven feet to the ground and back continually as well as drag stacks of milk weighing approximately 240 pounds, throughout the shift. Load and unload truck and carry merchandise. Required to work in very hot (100°+) and very cool (less than 32°) environments throughout the year. Required to work outside most of the time, regardless of the conditions.
    Schedule: Monday - Friday; 5am - 2:30pm

    Compensation: $1,300 weekly base pay

    • Must have a Class A or B commercial driver's license

    • Experience: Past route sales experience and a good driving record preferred

    The route sales driver shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

    Drives truck over established route to deliver and sell products or render services of the dairy industry to customer's place of business.

    Driver must follow all Department of Transportation regulations.

    Collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions on customer receipt. Writes customer orders and instructions; records sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record; calls on prospective customers to solicit new business; prepares order forms and sales contracts; informs regular customers of new products or services; and listens to and resolves service complaints.

    (S)he will be required to climb, crawl, and walk in an upright as well as a bent position to facilitate the following:
    • Load and unload product at destination
    • Place stock on shelves or racks
    • Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays
    • Issue sales promotion materials to customers
    • Collect or pick up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise

    The route sales driver will have to stack and unstack items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately seven feet to the ground and back continually as well as drag stacks of milk weighing approximately 240 pounds, throughout the shift.
