    We are looking for a reliable and skilled Field Technician to install, service, and maintain equipment and systems at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in the field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Install, test, and maintain equipment, systems, or devices at client sites.

    Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements as needed.

    Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

    Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment use and care.

    Document all service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.

    Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and materials required for field work.

    Qualifications:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Key Responsibilities


    Core Technical Responsibilities


    Design, install, and commission low-voltage control systems Integrate multi-vendor hardware and software platforms Develop control logic, automation sequences, and system workflows Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and control system issues Configure and program PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and BMS platforms Design networked control systems including IP addressing, VLANs, routing, and segmentation Implement communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and others Apply knowledge of low-voltage power distribution systems (24VDC, 48VDC, 120VAC) Data Center & Critical Infrastructure

    Qualifications
