Our Travel Restoration Division specializes in deploying employees nationwide to support emergency response and large-scale restoration projects. We are seeking a highly organized, energetic Staffing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people while supporting customers during critical times.

Position Summary
The Staffing Specialist is responsible for recruiting, hiring, dispatching, and supporting employees assigned to restoration projects throughout the United States. This role serves as the primary connection between our employees and clients, ensuring qualified workers are recruited, onboarded, and mobilized quickly to meet rapidly changing customer demands.
Because restoration work often involves emergency response, this position requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with evening and weekend dispatch operations. Successful candidates understand that disaster response does not always occur during normal business hours.
What You'll Do
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Recruit qualified candidates for nationwide travel restoration assignments.Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants for restoration and general labor positions.Perform reference checks and verify employment history.Build and maintain a pipeline of available workers ready for immediate deployment.Search online job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms for qualified candidates.Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract top talent.Make daily recruiting calls to prospective employees.Dispatch & Workforce Coordination
Coordinate the dispatch of employees to projects throughout the United States.Arrange and confirm employee availability for immediate travel assignments.Communicate travel details, reporting instructions, and customer expectations.Assist with early morning, evening, and weekend crew dispatches as project needs require.Maintain regular communication with traveling employees throughout their assignments.Support emergency staffing requests during storms, natural disasters, and other catastrophic events.Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee and client records.Enter staffing orders into the dispatch system.Process employee time accurately for payroll.Maintain confidential employee information.Support branch operations and perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED.Minimum of one year of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, dispatch, logistics, or a fast-paced operations environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to prioritize multiple urgent requests while maintaining accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidential information.Strong customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.Preferred
Staffing or recruiting experience.Experience in restoration, disaster response, construction staffing, or workforce logistics.Experience using Avionté or similar staffing software.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.What Makes You Successful

Our Travel Restoration Division supports customers nationwide, many of whom operate around the clock during disaster response efforts.
While this is a full-time position with regular business hours, the successful candidate must be willing to participate in evening and weekend dispatch activities as needed to support emergency projects and ensure our crews are mobilized quickly. Flexibility during severe weather events and other emergency situations is an important part of this role.
