    Assistant Site Superintendent Pay: $30-$36 per hour, depending on experience Commercial Construction - Full-Time, On-Site We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Superintendent to support day-to-day field operations on a variety of commercial construction projects. This position is 100% jobsite based and requires a strong presence in the field, coordinating directly with crews, subcontractors, and project leadership. The ideal candidate brings proven on-site construction coordination experience and is looking to grow into a more advanced supervisory role.
