We are seeking a skilled Skilled Carpenter / Construction Technician to join our growing team. This position supports our pest control and property services operations by performing structural repairs and construction work related to homes and buildings.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Perform repairs and construction work related to pest damage and property maintenanceBuild and repair patios, decks, roofing, fascia boards, eaves, and drywallAssist with roof repairs and structural wood repairsComplete light painting and finishing workCommunicate clearly with customers and team members regarding project progressMaintain job sites safely and professionallyQualifications
Experience in carpentry or general constructionRoofing repair experience is a plusExperience repairing or building decks, patios, fascia boards, drywall, or roofingPainting experience is a plusStrong work ethic and attention to detailAble to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working in a team environmentStrong customer communication skillsRequirements
