Potts Brothers is a Class A licensed contractor serving Northern Virginia and the DC metro area. We specialize in home additions, garage builds, ADUs, concrete work (driveways, patios, foundations), and full renovations. We’ve built our reputation on honest pricing, quality craftsmanship, and showing up when we say we will. We have the crews, the licenses, and the leads—we need someone who can close.
What You’ll Be Doing
Knocking doors in targeted neighborhoods to introduce Potts Brothers and book estimate appointmentsBuilding a pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and community relationship-buildingCoordinating with our estimator — you set the appointment, they run the numbersFollowing up in person with homeowners after estimates to answer questions and close the dealStaying on top of your pipeline and keeping leads warm until they sign
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry (any trade, project management, estimating, or similar)Minimum 1 year of sales experience—home improvement or contractor sales strongly preferredProven track record of closing deals; be ready to speak to it in your interviewStrong communicator—confident on the phone, in person, and following upSelf-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and pipelineValid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicleHonest, professional, and someone who does what they say
Compensation
2-week paid training period — learn our process, our projects, and how we operate$100/day base pay during and after training3% commission on every job you close — paid when the job is collectedAverage project runs $25,000–$75,000; jobs regularly hit $100,000+ puts $1000–$3,000 in your pocket on top of your daily rateNo cap on earningsFlexible schedule
