What Will You Do?
Batching Technicians work closely with Quality Assurance team and Production Managers to ensure food production excellence with the highest level of food quality, food safety, lot documentation, and prevention of cross contamination from risks such as allergens of foreign matter.
Batching Technicians are responsible for accurately implementing the blending production plan by pulling correct quantities of full bags and boxes of ingredients according to production.

Job Summary

Schedule: Full time, hourly position, working normal business hours with some flexibility. The position is expected to last 4 – 6 weeks with a possible extension.
The Temporary Recruiter has a primary focus on sourcing, recruitment and staffing. Responsible for full cycle recruiting of all open positions including skilled and entry level labor, professional and administrative positions, as well as Managers and Directors.

(see below for the schedule rotation)Starting pay as high as $23.65 depending on experience; wages are higher for candidates with prior experiencePlus $2/hour shift differential applies! 3 weeks of PTO first yearPlus 9 Floating HolidaysAs a forklift driver, you will safely operate an electric or propane forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse. Your main responsibilities include moving and staging materials needed to support the production line, such as empty can pallets, cardboard tray pallets, pallets of lids, pallets of cartons, CHEP/white wood pallets and finished product on pallets with following FEFO procedure.

Job Summary
$21 / hour starting wage (higher wage available for candidates with experienceSchedule: 6am - 6:30pm, 2-2-3 rotation, every other weekend off *SEE BELOW FOR SCHEDULE ROTATIONLocation: 16800 SE Evelyn ST, Clackamas, OR3 weeks of PTO to startPlus 9 floating holidays each yearKey Responsibilities
Responsible for performing all tasks associated with production equipment in a safe manner, keeping quality and efficiency in mind.Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products.Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.Stop or resets machines when malfunctions occur.Troubleshoot and report all deviations from standard parameters. Work with the team to determine root cause of the problem.Ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices.Complete required production paperwork accurately.Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance. Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.Qualifications
