    About the Role:


    Join Poppy's Therapeutic Corner, LLC as a School-Based Therapist. While we proudly serve families across all of Ohio, we're currently focused on growing our team in the Greater Cincinnati area. In this rewarding, W-2 position, you'll bring mental health support directly to students where they spend their days, providing individual and group therapy within the school setting. It's meaningful, relationship-centered work with a predictable schedule and a supportive team behind you, and the supervision and mentorship to help you grow at any stage of your career.

    Responsibilities:


    Provide individual and group therapy to students during the school day.Build supportive relationships with students, families, teachers, and school staff.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.Maintain a caseload consistent with program expectations (approximately 25 sessions per week).Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.Collaborate with school personnel and your clinical team to coordinate care.Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and confidentiality guidelines.Requirements:

    assessments that help connect Ohio children and youth to the OhioRISE services they need. You'll be assigned assessments and complete them on your own schedule, making a real difference in young people's lives while enjoying the freedom to build your own week.

    Responsibilities:


    Conduct thorough, high-quality assessments using the Ohio Children's Initiative CANS tool.Gather relevant information by engaging compassionately with children, youth, and their families.Document assessment findings accurately in the CANS IT System.Complete each assigned assessment within the designated timeframe (one week per assignment).Submit assessments timely to support eligibility determinations and care planning.Maintain compliance with all OhioRISE, Medicaid, and ethical guidelines.Stay current on CANS best practices and any changes to assessment protocols.Requirements:

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide family peer support using lived experience and shared understanding
