    Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.Perform safety inspections and audits, identifying potential hazards or maintenance deficiencies and implementing corrective measures.Report any safety concerns or compliance issues to the Maintenance Manager for resolution.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.2 or more years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a residential or commercial property setting.Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and colleagues.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
