Lead and grow Off-the-Road tire sales by building strong relationships with fleet, agricultural, and industrial customers through regular face-to-face field salesDevelop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Off-the-Road tire products, retread programs, and service offerings to provide accurate, value-driven recommendationsConduct fleet maintenance surveys and on-site evaluations to identify customer needs and drive long-term service partnershipsProspect new business through cold calling, in-person visits, and follow-up with prospective customers to expand territory growthMeet or exceed established sales goals while supporting overall branch and regional objectivesWrite up tires for retread and waste using handheld and digital systems, ensuring accurate documentation and complianceRespond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and service issues to deliver an exceptional customer experienceUphold Pomp's Core Values and Safety Spokes, modeling safe work practices and encouraging others to do the sameCollaborate with service teams and management to ensure seamless execution of sales and service commitmentsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Need:
