Retrieving the punch list, and parts list, and applicable CNC programs to create parts as needed per job.Locating and moving or pulling raw sheet metal material as described by the parts list per job. Loading materials onto the machine in preparation for punch or break and safely securing materials on the machine with the use of clamps, fingers or other fixtures. Selecting die clearance, punches, tools, or other attachments needed to complete projects based on the specifications of the materials; Install and align them as needed to ensure optimal performance.Coordinating with other CNC Operators to enter commands or adjust machine controls to correct errors, especially while operating the break press.Monitoring machines and control panel displays to ensure machines are operating correctly.Using tools, such as calipers and protractors, to measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.Staging parts as completed to prepare for the next phase of fabrication.Performing scheduled and repair maintenance of machines, as required.
