Account Executives will be responsible for developing new business by building relationships with key decision makers to end-user accounts such as retail, warehousing, industrial, class-a offices, banking, healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, senior living, commercial, and other related verticals. Responsibilities include:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the territory.Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the client base.Collaborate with clients to understand their cleaning and janitorial service needs, ensuring we provide the best solutions.Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.Conduct site visits and provide pricing estimates.Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
