Our portfolio consists of over 1300 homes in the Denver Metro area and we are in need of an experienced residential painter for our West Side area properties.
This is a floating position, a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid insurance are required.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, scraping, and primingPaint apartment interiors between resident move-outs and move-insPaint common areas, hallways, offices, clubhouses, and exterior surfaces as neededMatch paint colors and finishes to community standardsMaintain painting tools, equipment, and suppliesFollow all safety procedures and company policiesWork closely with maintenance and management teams to complete projects on scheduleEnsure all completed work meets quality standards and resident expectationsQualifications
Previous residential, commercial, or multifamily painting experience preferredKnowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and drywall repairStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyReliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding workBenefits include:
