    Sales Role 

    What does Sales do? 

     

    The Sales roles and Sales Development Research (SDR) roles are linked and often overlap in their responsibilities, tasks, and goals. The Sales Team selectively approaches carefully chosen businesses based on specific criteria provided by the SDR. This is called Prospecting. The Sales Team presents the Pleebr business plan to these businesses as part of a marketing campaign designed to meet the goal of building better communities. Sales Team follows a sales cadence, or repeatable sequence of activities for outreach, which provides a framework for organizational and critical thinking and volume management.  

     

    Responsibilities 

    Time management 

    Customer Engagement 

    Deal Closing  

    Product Knowledge 

    Continuous Education on sales techniques 

    Tasks 

    Schedule prospects for cold and warm calling 

    Send emails promoting the Pleebr business plan. 

    Meet with prospective businesses. 

    Use prospecting questions during meeting. 

    Share upcoming monthly events. 

    Ideas List per Industry. 

    Use this list as an idea guide for potential clients to choose from. 

    Close the deal. 

    Goals 

    Meet daily KPIs 

    Increase Pleebr Customer Base to the Colorado Area 

    Represent Pleebr in a positive and uplifting way 


    SALARY - $3,000 - $6,000 per month (commission based)

    Job Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has sales experience to help us grow our rapidly growing team. This sales position gives you the flexibility to work when you want and around your schedule. We DO NOT require a set amount of minimum hours so you can work at your own pace and set your own schedule. Pleebr is a revolutionary marketing company that developed technology that makes marketing more accessible to small/family run businesses.

     

    Objectives Of This Role

    Set up meetings with clientsCustomer prospectingHandle demosSell customers on pleebr servicesWork Remotely! Positions available in multiple cities in Wyoming

     

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Sales Experience (3-5 years preferred)High School DiplomaStrong communication skills via phone and emailProven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skillsStrong desire and ability to move up within a sales organizationWilling to drive to and from sales appointments (No transportation provided)

     

    Salaries

    This position is commission based however it is uncapped so you aren't limited to the income that you can make. Below is a basic breakdown of how our commission payouts work:

    Subscription Packages:

    - Basic (15%)

    - Standard (17.5%)

    - Premium (20%)

    Wallet Spots - 15% Payout

    Stand Alone Services - 15% Payout

    On Average our sales reps commission is around $2,000 - $6,000 monthly.
