Direct Support Staff play a key role in helping participants engage in their community, develop skills, and enjoy fulfilling daily experiences. This position works hands-on with participants providing support, encouragement, supervision, and assistance with daily activities.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing direct support and supervision to participants during daily program activitiesAssisting with community outings, skill-building activities, and recreational programmingPromoting independence, dignity, safety, and respect at all timesSupporting behavioral plans and positive behavior techniques (training provided)Assisting with personal care support as needed (may vary by individual)Helping maintain a positive, structured, and supportive environmentCompleting basic documentation and daily notesWe’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
