    Playfly Sports is looking for a Sr. Account Executive, Partnership Sales to join our team at our University of Denver Sports Properties division.

    The candidate must be driven and coachable to execute the Playfly Sports Properties revenue model and to understand the distinctive relationship with the university athletics. This role will work with the General Manager to pitch and close enterprise partnership agreements. This role will also be responsible to generate incremental sponsorship revenue to meet and exceed individual and team goals. Lastly, this role will uphold and support by example a culture of hard work, creativity - always building team belief in the revenue goal.

    WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
    • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new sponsorship revenue and renew existing partners in alignment with Denver Sports Properties and University of Denver Athletics' goals.
    • Business Development: Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with local, regional, and national brands that align with University of Denver Athletics' mission, values, and fan demographics.
    • Portfolio Management: Oversee an established book of business of corporate partners, ensuring each relationship delivers measurable value and aligns with goals and objectives.
    • Partnership Strategy: Collaborate with Denver Sports Properties and University leadership to create innovative inventory, category strategies, and customized partnership platforms.
    • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts that deliver measurable ROI.
    • Creative Storytelling: Build compelling sales presentations that leverage data, fan insights, and integrated marketing opportunities to maximize partner impact.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, campus stakeholders, and community leaders through consistent communication and in-person engagement.
    • Industry Expertise: Stay current on sports marketing trends, category developments, and best practices to position University of Denver as a leader in collegiate sponsorship innovation.
    • Activation Support: Work closely with Denver Sports Properties Service and Operations team as well as University of Denver Athletics internal teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery of partner assets.
    • Game Day & Event Presence: Represent University of Denver Athletics, Denver Sports Properties, and Playfly Sports Properties with a high level of integrity, attitude, and effort for designated home games, university events, and community functions.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 3-5 years of direct sales experience in the sports multi-media environment required
    • Experience with integrated and "conceptual" sales
    • Ability to generate and present ideas/concepts succinctly and provide creative solutions to prospects/clients
    • Outstanding communication skills are essential for interactions with clients, operational leaders and other senior executives
    • Demonstrated professional sales presentation skills

    TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to sit, stand, and walk-up stairs
    • This role takes place in an office setting and is a sedentary role
    • Be available for game days and evening athletic events and coaches shows
    • Be available to travel for client presentations

    COMPENSATION

    The pay range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

    Playfly Sports is looking for an Account Executive, Playfly Global Partnerships to join our team in Chicago.

    Account Executive, Playfly Global Partnerships will focus on client-direct sales efforts to secure multi-year sponsorships and work collaboratively across the Playfly Sports portfolio, including Home Team Media, Playfly Esports, PSP, and Playfly Premier Partnerships sales groups. This individual will successfully establish high-level client-direct relationships across top brands in assigned territory and/or category verticals, as well as sports marketing agencies, by articulating and prophesizing the Playfly value proposition. This individual will partner, ideate, prospect, strategize, target, and execute sales plans in collaboration with our Integrated sales team as well as Enterprise Catalyst teams (Creates, Activation, Insights), in order to develop bespoke and meaningful partnerships for clients. As a member of the Playfly Global Partnerships team, this individual will be accountable for contributing to the achievement of overall individual, team, quarterly, and annual budgeting goals.

    WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
    • Develop meaningful relationships with client-direct decision-makers across the media, marketing and sponsorship landscape
    • Generate new leads that will drive revenue through sales of integrated media and non-media assets of MLB, WNBA, NBA, NHL and NWSL
    • Generate new leads that will drive revenue for Playfly's Global Partnership units and high school/collegiate properties
    • Collaborate across all Playfly divisions to effectively target brands and convert prospects into partners. Develop and build new concepts, cross-sales platforms, and promotional opportunities
    • Utilize all available systems/reporting tools to ensure transparency and accountability towards achievement of assigned budget goals.
    • Employ the latest prospecting tools, research data, and market, sponsorship, and media knowledge to develop effective, brand-centric sales positioning
    • Ensure optimal market coverage by participating in client activities, trade association events and socials, and any ancillary activities that can assist in better visibility and revenue growth
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics
    • Other job-duties as assigned

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 3+ years experience in business development, sponsorship sales, brand strategy, and partnership stewardship in an Ad Sales capacity
    • Experience in Team Sponsorship and Sports Arena Sales is a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with decision-makers is required
    • Must be a strategic-thinker and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Public speaking and persuasive presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/KORE/Revenue Generation systems is a plus

    COMPENSATION

    $80,000-$83,000 USD

    Playfly Sports is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in New York City.

    The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and C-Suite team with the daily management of their commitments. The person in this role will coordinate meeting calendarization and operational support, ensuring proper time management and upkeep of administrative tasks such as expense reports and recurring meetings with stakeholders. Additionally, they will prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing documents for the C-Suite for high priority meetings. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
    • Lead the strategic organization of C-Suite team before meetings by preparing pre-meeting documents (e.g., recaps of previous meetings, relevant background information), taking notes during meetings, and recapping action items after meetings.
    • Coordinate calendars and planning of meetings and events (with internal and external clients), including any logistical elements of such meetings (e.g., technical support, refreshments)
    • Assist with formatting communications and presentation decks
    • Plan and book all travel, optimizing and coordinating travel itineraries and transportation requirements for location, meeting requirements and attendees
    • Manage and submit expense reports, for C-Suite team in a timely manner
    • Ensure proper time management for C-Suite, filtering meeting requests and dynamically addressing changes in schedule based on business priority on their behalf by developing a deep understanding of the underlying business and stakeholders
    • Monitor key deadlines and proactively manage follow-ups
    • Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and anticipate needs while operating with minimal supervision.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING
