Play Bliss is a premier indoor playground and birthday party venue in Richmond, Texas, designed for kids to explore, play, and celebrate in a safe and fun environment. We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable Attendant/Cashier to join our team at Play Bliss. This role requires someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask efficiently, work independently, and excel in a team setting. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent service are essential to ensure a great experience for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Monitor children playing in the soft play area to ensure their safety.Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, answer queries about the facility, and assist parents/guardians as needed. Have a good knowledge of our party offerings to handle phone and in-person inquiries.Cashiering: Handle transactions efficiently, ensuring waivers are completed and collected, and checking in guests for events.Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to maintain cleanliness, order, and organization within the play area.Engage with Children: Interact positively with children, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly sanitize and clean the play structure, and play equipment, ensuring a hygienic environment for all visitors.Alertness: Stay attentive and proactive, promptly addressing any safety concerns or issues.Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.Team Spirit: Foster a fun, positive, and collaborative work environment among colleagues.Qualifications

Play Bliss is seeking a creative, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Event Decorator, Party Coordinator, and Host. This is a multi-functional, hands-on role responsible for executing beautifully themed parties, coordinating events, hosting guests, and assisting with party bookings.
This position is ideal for someone who is artistic, enjoys working with children, and is comfortable interacting with parents to help drive bookings and enhance the overall customer experience. Must be able to work Weekends
General Accountabilities
Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts and eventsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the facility at all timesFollow Play Bliss standards for customer service, professionalism, and communicationWork collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operationsProvide excellent customer service to both parents and children at all timesAssist with setup, breakdown, and reset of party areas and general play areasFollow all safety guidelines and ensure children are playing in a safe environmentActively promote Play Bliss services, including parties, play passes, and membershipsHandle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessaryMaintain a positive attitude and represent Play Bliss in a professional mannerJob Qualifications
