    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
     

    Lead HR Service Center operations, serving as the primary escalation point for HR inquiries, ensuring timely resolution, disciplined case governance, and effective judgment in managing complex or sensitive situations.Oversee core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, data management, verifications, and employee support through case management platforms.Lead complex case management strategy, partnering with Legal, ER, IT, HRIS, Security, and vendors to manage escalations, evaluate nuanced accommodation cases, and develop decision making frameworks for high-risk scenarios.Own governance frameworks for terminations, offboarding controls, benefits and leave programs, identity and access management, and data quality standards across all worker types.Ensure compliance and audit readiness by maintaining documentation standards, supporting internal / external audits, strengthening global stock audit processes, and implementing robust operational controls.Optimize HR technology and systems, including Workday workflows, data validation, reporting, and cross functional downstream impacts; collaborate with HRIS on enhancements and new system capabilities.Drive operational excellence through process redesign, workflow optimization, case routing improvements, and development of Tier 0/self-service resources and SOPs.Analyze HR operational trends and metrics to identify risks, inform preventive solutions, improve cycle times, and enhance overall employee and manager experience.Serve as a strategic HR operations advisor, providing guidance to leaders and HR partners to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalable best practices across regions.Complete additional duties as assigned.

     
    QUALIFICATIONS
     

    7+ years of HR Operations, HR Shared Services or Employee Support Experience with a strong understanding of HR Processes, including Onboarding, Offboarding, Accommodations and Employee Documentation.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proficiency with HR Systems and Case-Management tools (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)Ability to interpret and apply HR Policies accurately in day-to-day work while exercising discretion and independent judgment in performance of duties and maintains an advanced degree of confidentiality.Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple workflows and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

    As a contract Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting HR related projects related to data, people, processes, and technologies. 
     
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
     

    This role will Lead the delivery of enterprise HR technology platforms, including candidate‐facing and employee‐facing solutions, from design through global rollout. Work closely with diverse project teams (matrixed org), maintaining project schedules and all supporting documents to ensure program/project is delivered within scope, schedule, cost, and specifications and to the satisfaction of stakeholders and sponsors.Lead and influence senior stakeholders across multiple levels including VP, AVP & Directors, while balancing global standards with regional needs in a matrixed operating model.Establish, analyze, and maintain scope, project plans, resources, report progress as required, generate risk assessments, escalate issues, facilitate project review presentations and meetings related to the projects / programs involving multiple stakeholders.Create and maintain platform roadmaps (Epics, Features, dependencies), aligning HR technology delivery with business outcomes and enterprise priorities.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize Epics and Features based on business value and impact.Track progress and ensure that the roadmap is updated regularly to reflect changes in priorities and scope.Serves as a liaison between Corporate and other Divisional teams; Develop, foster, and manage relationships with project / program sponsor(s) to influence effective decision making across the enterprise.Support change management at the organizational level.

     
    QUALIFICATIONS

    Pricing & Contract Support

    QUALIFICATIONS

    QUALIFICATIONS

    5+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN).Strong knowledge of ADP Time and Attendance tool.Experience with ADP SmartCompliance OR deep expertise in California payroll compliance.Multi-state and multi-site payroll experience supporting employee populations of 2,000+.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments such as manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing.Ability to process urgent payroll requests and off-cycle checks with minimal notice.Experience administering 401(k) payroll deductions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset.Ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong team player with a customer-focused attitude.

    We are seeking a hands-on Division Controller / Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and financial operations for a growing franchise organization. This role will oversee core accounting functions, billing, financial reporting, and business analysis while serving as a key financial resource for approximately 70 franchise owners.
    This position requires a strong operational accounting leader who can manage day-to-day financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, support franchise-related financial matters, and provide strategic insights to leadership. The Division Controller / Accounting Manager will also oversee a small department of one to two additional team members.
     
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
     

    Manage all daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliations.Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, and preparation of accurate financial statements.Analyze financial performance, trends, and operational metrics to support executive decision-making.Support and oversee accounting, reporting, and financial communications related to 70 franchise owners.Ensure billing accuracy, franchise fee tracking, and related financial compliance.Develop, improve, and maintain accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures.Supervise and mentor departmental staff while ensuring efficient workflow.Coordinate audits, tax support, and external financial reporting requirements as needed.Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and franchise agreements.

     
    QUALIFICATIONS
