    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Desktop Engineer's role is to provide desktop support for core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all desktop computer and phone software and associated operating systems. The Desktop Engineer will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve desktop computer and phone issues to maximize the benefit of IT system investments across the business.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responding to client support requests, managing Help Desk Tickets in a timely manner. Help Desk Tickets are to be updated on a regular basis until completion. Root cause documentation is critical to provide a reference point for future, similar type issues. Friday mornings should be spent closing completed Help Tickets; this allows for workload analysis to be conducted on actual performance results.Contact clients to find out the nature of the problem. This requires consideration as to the best communication method to be used based on the type of employee. Sales Representatives in the field tend to respond better to mobile device communication methods vs. Operations Staff located in the Corporate Office. Remote Corporate Office staff require special consideration in the event of a network outage.Cost effective purchasing, timely shipping and tracking of incoming computer equipment are important responsibilities of this role. Alignment with the IT budget worksheets is necessary and then there are extenuating purchasing circumstances that must be communicated to the immediate Supervisor as soon as possible. Provide cost analysis where appropriate for larger items such as printers and multi-function copiers / printers.Installing and maintaining computer and or phone hardware and associated peripherals. Infrastructure Onboarding steps / tasks must be followed and checked off for each computer imaged and configured before handing over to a user.Troubleshooting desktop computer and or phone hardware and associated software issues. Escalation to appropriate support services is critical for the quick turn-around for resolution. Support services will include outside 3 rd party services as well as in-house resource expertise.Installing and upgrading operating systems and associated computer or phone software.Ensure secure connectivity of all computers and phones via Direct Connect, Wireless Access Points and VPN Functionality.Manage all computer inventory, equipment allocated to employees and equipment maintained in the office.Advise and manage upgrade planning for computer software and hardware.Act as the backup administrator to Keeper; having the necessary permissions to perform any administrative tasks if the Senior System Administrator is unavailable to do so. Working with the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Engineer on a regular basis keeping abreast of changes and issues within the infrastructure area of responsibilities.Manage desktop cyber security through phishing and hacking education. Manage the company's 3 rd party application used to identify compromised emails.Providing basic training in mobile device and computer operation / management for employees as needed. This may include participating in Bite-Sized Learning sessions hosted for employees on new or old "how-to” topics of interest.Interact with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to understand computer or phone related requirements, request service and repair, preview new products and services.May provide Gatekeeper responsibilities, giving production environment access to On-Call Staff, and removing the production access once the implementation is completed or the issue has been remediated. Keeping a log of these Production access requests is also critical for security purposes.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    QUALIFICATIONS

    FOOD AND BEVERAGE ACCOUNTANT

    JOB DESCRIPTION
     
    This role is responsible for reviewing, recording, and documenting revenue and financial activity within the Food and Beverage Department. The position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
     
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Record revenue to the general ledger according to sales categories, departments, and events.Reconcile daily settlements between POS reports and bank activity.Create, maintain, and record accounts receivable transactions.Maintain the accounts receivable aging report.Prepare and record journal entries.Provide support to Accounts Payable.Perform monthly bank reconciliations.Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Assist with internal and external audits.Perform other related duties as assigned.

     
    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.5–7 years of experience in Accounting or Finance; experience in the Food and Beverage Industry is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure.Ability to analyze problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-motivated and able to work independently.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration and Global Mobility Coordinator to join our team.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Support Immigration and Global Mobility team by auditing vendor invoices for accuracy and reconciling inconsistencies and errors.Maintaining vendor PR/PO records and alert the manager when funds are needed; ensure timely payments.Administer temporary visa (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.) extensions and amendments following internal procedures.Coordinate and gather details necessary for U.S. invitation letters; draft and distribute letters for signing.Conduct and oversee global transfers of existing employees worldwide; assist with the onboarding process for international employees deployed to the US; provide support to regional transfers in APAC and EMEA.Serve as a point of contact for employees, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners regarding general immigration and relocation inquiries; provide timely and accurate information and support escalating to the Immigration and Global Mobility team, if needed.Post legal notices (LCA & PERM) both electronically and physically as well as coordinate postings at other office locations.Support special projects and initiatives within the Immigration and Global Mobility team and cross-functionally including reporting, FAQ generation, etc.Ensure compliance with privacy and immigration laws and regulations by safeguarding employee sensitive information and confidential corporate intellectual property.Complete additional duties as assigned.


    QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience in corporate immigration and global mobility services with an emphasis in temporary work visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.).Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field .Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially .Excellent written and verbal communication skills .Strong organizational and time-management skills.Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Outlook) .Advanced Excel skills, including report generation, data validation, and summarization with pivot tables .Proficiency with HR systems (Workday), case management ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and AI tools (Copilot, Claude) .Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    The End-to-End Test & Assurance Lead (Workday HCM) is accountable for defining, governing, and assuring the end-to-end test strategy for a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation and transformation program.
     
    The role ensures that business, technology, security, and data testing activities across Workday HCM (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time & Absence, and integrations) are integrated into a single, traceable testing framework—from requirements through execution, defect closure, and production readiness.
     
    Through strong governance, quality gates, and measurable outcomes, the Lead provides confidence to program leadership that the Workday solution meets business outcomes, employee experience expectations, compliance requirements, and operational readiness standards.

    Test Leadership and Integrated ApproachDefine and execute a comprehensive Workday HCM Test Strategy covering Functional, Integration, Regression, Security, Data Migration, Reporting, and UAT.Establish and govern test approaches aligned to Workday release cycles and deployment methodology.Ensure all business, IT, and data teams deliver clearly defined and aligned test plans.Validate that testing reflects real-world HR scenarios (e.g., hiring, compensation cycles, payroll runs, terminations, organizational changes).End-to-End ValidationEnsure full lifecycle testing across hire-to-retire processes.Validate integrations across payroll providers, benefits vendors, identity / access systems, and finance interfaces.Ensure testing covers key control points including compliance, audit, and data privacy requirements.Confirm readiness for high-volume events (e.g., annual enrollment, payroll cycles).Quality Governance and AssuranceDefine and manage quality gates and entry/exit criteria across System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, parallel payroll testing, cutover rehearsals, and go-live readiness.Provide risk-based assessments of testing progress, readiness, and gaps.Maintain an integrated solution inventory mapping Workday modules, integrations, and reports to business capabilities.Serve as the primary escalation point for test-related risks and issues.Test Governance and Execution OversightLead cross-functional coordination across HR, IT, vendors, and system integrators.Drive consistent use of test management tools, standards, and reporting.Provide consolidated metrics such as Test coverage, execution progress, pass rates, defect trends, severity, and aging.Deliver executive-level updates translating testing outcomes into business risk and readiness insights.Defect and Risk ManagementOversee end-to-end defect management lifecycle:Triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, retesting, and closure.Ensure mitigation and governance of open defects and workarounds.Maintain audit-ready documentation and traceability from requirements through resolution.Operational Readiness AlignmentEnsure testing aligns with broader readiness across training, process design, operating model, security, reporting, and controls.Monitor dependencies and readiness risks and escalate as needed.Support cutover activities and transition into hypercare support.

    QUALIFICATIONS
     

    Senior test leadership experience in Workday HCM implementations or transformations.Strong understanding of Workday functional domains: Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time and Absence.Proven experience leading end-to-end testing across HR systems and integrations.Deep knowledge of Workday testing approaches (including UAT, parallel payroll testing, and tenant strategy) and HR data structures and lifecycle processes.Experience managing multi-vendor/system integrator environments.Strong governance and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage HR leadership, CIO/CTO organizations, and program sponsors.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations (e.g., payroll regulations, data privacy).Excellent communication skills with ability to provide executive-level assurance and risk transparency.
