    As part of Plastipak's Plant Accounting Team, you will work directly with the plant on various projects including budgeting, profit planning, and standardizing procedures.

    You Will:

    Analyze, monitor, and provide insight into actual vs. planned key performance metrics and site budgets

    Interface closely with the plant manager and plant controller to support business activities, ensure plant accounting and finance activities comply with corporate policies and directives

    Assist in the preparation of presentations including monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual budgets, and other business planning initiatives

    Coordination & participation in quarter-end and year-end physical inventory audits

    Determining costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor

    Adhoc reporting and analysis as requested by Leadership

    You Have:

    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related degree.

    Minimum of 1 (one) year of accounting experience

    Manufacturing experience is preferred

    Ability to Travel up to 15%

    Experience with SAP is highly preferred

    We are looking for skilled Process Technicians with at least 1 year of experience in a production environment at our facility in Medina, OH. Our Technicians are responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection blow molders and extrusion machines, ensuring our products meet all quality standards and customer expectations.

    Shifts:

    1st: 7am-3pm ($20.00/hr)2nd: 3pm-11pm ($22.50/hr)

    What Process Technicians do:

    Operating extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing production machines and equipment.

    Monitoring and adjusting production machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to keep production running smoothly.

    Troubleshooting machines and doing basic maintenance.

    Checking product quality to assure it meets customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions).

    Teaming up with your co-workers to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

    Learning new skills with hands-on training and career development opportunities.

    What's needed to be a Process Technician?

    Mechanical inclination - you like to fix things, use tools, work with your hands.

    At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment.

    Knowledge of extrusion or blow molding machines and equipment is a plus!

    Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems is a plus!

    Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

    What You'll Earn:

    What You'll Be Doing:

    Operate a forklift to transport raw materials & finished goods between the warehouse & production areas

    Use a RF scanning device to scan goods & properly maintain inventory records

    Load finished goods to ship to customers

    Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

    What You Bring to the Team:

    Minimum of one year of forklift experience. This can be through work experience &/or education & training

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

    Ability to travel to Jackson Center, OH for training and OT shifts
