We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused LMRT (Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist) to join our experienced orthopedic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an LMRT who enjoys working directly with patients in a fast-paced but supportive clinical environment — without hospital hours, overnight shifts, or weekend call.

What you'll do
Operate and adjust imaging equipment.Accurately and compassionately explain procedures to the patients.Position the patient and equipment in a way that protects patient safety through a proper distance, angle, and height from the patient.Exhibit patience and empathy when patients are distressed, uncomfortable and hesitant in the procedure.Perform high-quality diagnostic X-rays in an orthopedic clinic settingEnsure proper radiation safety practices are followedAssist physicians and clinical staff with imaging needsMaintain accurate patient documentation within the electronic medical recordDeliver excellent patient care and customer service throughout the visit.Qualifications
Great, friendly, and compassionate people skillsCurrent Texas LMRT license requiredOrthopedic or clinic-based X-ray experience preferredStrong patient communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic environmentDependable, professional, and team-oriented mindsetExperience with AthenaOne or electronic medical records is a plusPhysical Abilities
