As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility and maintain a positive member experience. Some of your responsibilities will include:
    Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
    Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor in accordance with Planet Fitness standards and guidelines.Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.Properly dispose of trash.Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.Follow Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.Other cleaning duties as assigned by management.Qualifications and Requirements:

    The General Manager will be responsible for the oversight of gym operations to ensure an exceptional Judgement Free member experience as well as a financially successful club. The General Manager will be accountable for leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The following duties are typical for this classification however this is not intended to be an all-inclusive list and employee may be required to perform additional or different duties from those noted below as directed by their manager:
    Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within time frames required by company and maintain physical ability to perform CPR/AED in the event of a medical emergency.Must obtain Tanning Certification within time frame required by company.Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff consisting of Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians.Cross train Assistant Manager in all GM activities to ensure they are prepared to cover for GM when out and take on new GM role within organization.Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensure staff follows superior customer service guidelines.Staff ManagementSchedule staff and ensure all shifts are covered.Lead by example and maintain consistent accountability for direct reports by training and coaching, ensuring adherence to PFs values and goals.Administration and processing of all weekly/bi-weekly employee payroll.Resolve employee issues or concerns.Manage disciplinary/termination activities.Prepare timely payroll submittals each Monday morning ensuring that all employees have properly recorded their time in TimeTender. Be proactive in all front desk related activities including:Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.Check members into the system.New member sign-up.Take prospective members on tours.Facilitate all member requests, issues and questions.Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym. Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility including taking responsibility for largest section of cleaning daily.Ensure safety of employees, members and club property.Determine and communicate equipment repair in a timely mannerManage marketing efforts by ensuring that staff is aware and trained on all marketing promotions.Authorize expenditures and refunds. Make daily bank deposits.Prepare all HR related forms and send to Corporate Payroll Team.Track statistics and reports (weekly, monthly, and annually).Provide backup support for any employee who is absent.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    Go above and beyond to keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.Regular facility cleaning and upkeep such as mopping up spills under equipment, trash removal, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-racking weights.Regular cleaning of all exercise equipment and tanning beds.Regular restroom and wet area cleaning and stocking.Qualifications:

    SUMMARY DESCRIPTION


    The Maintenance Technician will take ownership for the overall maintenance and repairs of their assigned clubs to ensure a safe and positive member experience. They will be responsible for their clubs overall appearance and functionality. They will be required to perform purchasing and inventory of maintenance parts & supplies, as well as accurately maintaining the associated documentation.

    As the maintenance technician you will be traveling to various club locations to perform these job duties.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    The following duties are typical for this classification. Employees may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those noted below:

    Perform building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessaryRepair/replace any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) when neededConduct club inspections to identify and resolve issues, and ensure equipment is in proper working order and coordinate with Facilities Manager and Operations Managers to discuss club maintenance needs and repairsPrioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts including all cardo and strength training equipment.Implement preventative maintenance measuresMaintain a Maintenance Log utilizing the companies Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) on an iPad or equivalent device.Plan and oversee all repair and installation activitiesMaintain inventory of repair equipment and suppliesAssist in maintenance activities for new club facilities along with current clubsRepresent the company in a clean, professional and well-groomed manner and according to the PF dress code.Check and respond to email daily.Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow established safety protocolManage relationships with contractors and service providersQUALIFICATIONS

    KNOWLEDGE:
