    Lo Que Harás:

    Como Auditor de Calidad de Pallets, tus responsabilidades incluyen:

    Auditar pallets provenientes de líneas de reparación para asegurar que cumplan con los criterios del cliente.Clasificar y distribuir pallets según calidad y grado.Mantener registros precisos de pallets reparados y puntajes de auditoría.Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad.Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.Levantar y mover pallets de madera CHEP de hasta 75 lb para inspección y clasificarlos en sus áreas designadas.

    Lo Que Buscamos:

    Experiencia en control de calidad, inspección o campo relacionado (preferido).Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para identificar defectos e imperfecciones.Capacidad física para levantar repetidamente pallets de 75 lb.Conocimiento sólido de estándares de calidad y clasificación.Experiencia manteniendo registros precisos (en papel o electrónico).Fuerte compromiso con la seguridad.Diploma de secundaria o equivalente (preferido).

    Requisitos Físicos:

    Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y levantar peso por periodos prolongados.Capacidad para levantar y mover materiales regularmente (50–75 lb).Capacidad para escuchar instrucciones y alarmas en ambientes ruidosos.Excelente visión para trabajos detallados e inspección.Buena destreza manual.

    Ambiente de Trabajo:

    As a Skilled Warehouse Laborer - Pallet Repair, your key responsibilities will include:

    Inspecting pallets for damage, wear, and structural issues.Using tools like nail guns and power saws to repair pallets.Replacing boards, reinforcing weak areas, and removing/replacing nails.Following all safety procedures and wearing proper PPE.Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment.Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.Maintaining a clean and organized work area.What We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in manual labor or a similar field.Familiarity with tools such as nail guns, power saws, and/or hand tools.Ability to stand, bend, and lift for 8 to 10 hours.Willingness to work in a warehouse environment (dust, noise, changing temperatures).Reliable transportation and availability for overtime as needed.

    Physical Requirements:

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    As a Box Sorter, your primary responsibilities will include:
