    IT Support Specialist We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and hands-on IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This is a critical, office-based role, requiring intermittent travel to our five (and counting!) WA State locations to provide technical support and ensure seamless operations across our territories and service network. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of IT hardware and network servers. Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, printers, routers, and other infrastructure on a multi-office integrated network. Respond to service tickets, including participation in on-call rotations. Maintain accurate records of IT service work and asset management. Perform fieldwork such as cabling, equipment setup, and system upgrades. Safely lift and transport equipment (up to 50lbs), and work in varied physical environments (e.g., tight spaces, elevated areas). Travel, as-needed, between office locations across the Puget Sound region. Assist with IT compliance, audit readiness, and security maintenance efforts. Requirements/Qualifications: Proven experience in IT support, field service, or a related hands-on technical role. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed). Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and fieldwork. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Administrator or similar certifications. Experience with Exchange Server and email administration a plus. Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and security protocols (VPN/firewall).
