As our Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property.
Summary of responsibilities:
Show Market-Ready apartments and community to customersPrepare Application and Lease documents for new residentsAssist in marketing promotionsGenerate sales to increase occupancyPromote resident retention programsCompile reports and maintain files while adhering to company policies and fair housing lawsSuccessful candidates will have:
1+ years of related experience in the real estate, retail, or customer service industryCommitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)Ability to represent the company in its relations with residents, employees, and local vendorsFull-Time Benefits:
