Who We’re Looking For
PIRTEK is hiring for a Hydraulic Hose Service & Sales Technician to service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses for a diverse customer base in varying environmental conditions. This is a messy job that requires manual labor and on-call hours, so dedication and grit are essential. Hourly Base Pay, Plus Incentive Pay Based on Monthly Sales Targets.

Hydraulic and industrial hose experience is NOT required!
Benefits
· Starting Hourly Rate: $29.00, step rate during onboarding process
· Onboarding Pay Rate $27 for 4 weeks or longer based on your abilities.
· Post HQ training and passing certification at training with +85% score: $29.00 (planned for wk5)
· Overtime paid after 40 hours weekly, time and half hourly rate
· Commission incentive starts with escalating payout post $21k in monthly sales

Responsibilities
· Adhere to all industry and PIRTEK safety standards
· Carry out service calls & sales visits in your local area, you will make sales calls when not servicing equipment
· Remove worn or broken hoses before fabricating and installing the new replacement hoses
· Input service details into the online database to create accurate invoices
· Develop relationships with new and existing customers
· Maintain mobile service unit, tools, and equipment (clean, organize, restock)
· Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on-site and conducting frequent follow-up visits
· Participate in the rotating On-Call schedule
· Perform other related duties as assigned
On call duty to support 24/7 service, rotating schedule with other techs
· Required weekly sales calls targets (new and current customers), adjusted based on work load each week
Qualifications
· High School diploma or GED
