This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a growing manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to develop the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Work alongside the team to meet production requirements.Coordinate and prioritize activities of the Department Team.Train and coach new and current team members in work processes and safety procedures.Fill in for absences as needed.Demonstrate and promote a positive team environment by being the example.Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.Mentor and guide team members as needed.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 years practical experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven skills with work prioritization/organization, professionalism, time management, interpersonal interaction, communication.Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate production machinery and use hand and power tools.Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.Demonstrated solid work ethic.Preferred Qualifications:Previous leadership or supervisor experience (or demonstrated leadership potential)Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentReady to be part of an exciting, innovative team?     Position Summary

    The Buyer is an integral part of the Supply Chain Team and is responsible for assuring the continuous supply of assigned components and supplies to support customer service goals, minimize the cost of production and maintain targeted inventory levels.

    You will source new and existing vendors and suppliers, both domestic and global.You will evaluate and act upon the order requirements for assigned suppliers.You will develop purchasing strategies, policies and procedures.You will maintain appropriate level of inventory.You will effectively communicate forecasted requirements to external suppliers.

    The ideal candidate will possess or demonstrate the following:

    Proven effective negotiation skills.Professional, confident and positive demeanorStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsMS Office and ERP experience strongly preferredBachelor's degree or minimum 3 years relevant experience or combination preferred

    Working Conditions - This role requires working in a standard office setting, eligible for a hybrid work model. Travel may be required.

    IRSG, a division of Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc. is a dynamic and innovative organization committed to delivering excellence to our customers. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for Production Assembly Associates to work in teams to assemble products for our customers.


    Key responsibilities include:

    Planning assembly procedures by following specifications of order.Using hand tools or small machinery, drills, taps, bolts, screws or rivets to assemble product.Testing or assisting to test operation of completed product.Lifting work piece manually or using hoist and securing work piece in a fixture.Inspecting and measuring product to verify conformance to specifications.Contributing to a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.Maintaining a high level of integrity and work ethic.

    Qualified Applicants must possess the following skills and abilities:

    High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Demonstrated positive work ethic.Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
