    What You'll Do

    As a Safety Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Safety Manager and site teams to:

    Conduct safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and practicesEnsure compliance with OSHA/MNOSHA regulationsInvestigate incidents and identify root causesDevelop and deliver safety training for agricultural employeesPartner with site leaders to resolve safety concernsTrain employees on PPE and safe work practicesStep in to stop unsafe operations when necessaryHelp prevent workplace injuries and illnesses

    What We're Looking For

    High school diploma (or equivalent); additional training preferred1+ year of safety experience in a job site or related environmentWorking knowledge of OSHA safety standardsStrong communication and training skillsValid driver’s license with good driving historyAbility to multitask and prioritizeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Bilingual in Spanish

    Work Environment
    You’ll rotate through agricultural settings such as sow farms, animal housing, and feed mills. Expect moderate to occasionally loud noise, exposure to livestock, and travel across multiple states.

    Travel
