What You'll Do
As a Safety Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Safety Manager and site teams to:
Conduct safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and practicesEnsure compliance with OSHA/MNOSHA regulationsInvestigate incidents and identify root causesDevelop and deliver safety training for agricultural employeesPartner with site leaders to resolve safety concernsTrain employees on PPE and safe work practicesStep in to stop unsafe operations when necessaryHelp prevent workplace injuries and illnessesWhat We're Looking For

You’ll rotate through agricultural settings such as sow farms, animal housing, and feed mills. Expect moderate to occasionally loud noise, exposure to livestock, and travel across multiple states.
