    Job Summary:Pink Lily is a womens retailer looking for a creative, trend-savvy Graphic Designer to develop bold and fashion-relevant graphics for our womens fast fashion boutique. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trends, social media-driven aesthetics, and a strong eye for stylish, wearable graphics. You will work closely with the Merchandising team to create statement-making apparel and hat designs that resonate with our customer base.Key Responsibilities:Design On-Trend Graphics Create original prints, patterns, typography, and illustrations for women's apparel (tees, hoodies, RTW, and hats).Trend-Driven Creativity Research and incorporate current fashion, social media aesthetics, and influencer-driven trends.Fast-Paced Execution Work quickly and efficiently to produce graphics in sync with our rapid product drops and monthly collections.Collaboration Work closely with Merchant and Influencer teams to ensure graphics align with brand identity and upcoming campaigns.Production-Ready Files Prepare print-ready designs optimized for screen printing, DTG, embroidery, and other fabric applications.Mockups & Presentations Develop high-quality mockups for internal reviews, e-commerce listings (as needed), and influencer exposure.Brand Identity & Typography Create compelling branding elements, custom typography, and trendy graphic placements for apparel.Adapt & Revise Designs Make quick revisions based on feedback while maintaining design integrity.Impeccable Taste: Eye for color with a strong curiosity and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.Qualifications & Skills:Experience:Bachelors degree in Fashion or Graphic Design. 2+ years in graphic design for a womens fashion retailer or boutique brandSoftware Proficiency:Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and PhotoshopStrong Portfolio:Must showcase experience in womens apparel graphics and pattern designs including screen printing, embroidery, and digital prints.Understanding of Production Techniques:Knowledge of fabric printing, embroidery, DTG, and garment limitations.Creativity & Speed:Ability to quickly develop original, high-quality designs in a fast-paced retail environment.Detail-Oriented:Ability to create pixel-perfect artwork that aligns with manufacturing requirements.Team Player:Comfortable collaborating with teams and adapting designs based on feedback.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with womens graphic tees and sweatshirts.Passion for pattern design through illustrations.Understanding of social media aesthetics and how graphics translate to online sales.Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.Pink Lily offers a complete benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and clothing discounts.Pink Lily is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer Minority / Disability / Gender / Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age / Veteran

Role Purpose:The Merchandise & Content Production Coordinator ensures seamless coordination between the merchandise, e-commerce, and creative teams. This role manages product readiness for photoshoots, oversees imagery capture, and ensures all product content and assets are delivered on time for website and marketing launches.Key Responsibilities:Photoshoot & Content Coordination Plan and organize product photoshoots in collaboration with the creative team. Manage shot lists, SKU callouts, and ensure all necessary samples are available and prepared. Track photography timelines to ensure imagery is edited, finalized, and delivered by deadlines.Merchandise & SKU Management Partner with the merchandise team to confirm all SKUs are received and properly tracked before photoshoots. Ensure all product samples are labeled, organized, and returned to inventory when necessary. Maintain SKU imagery logs to prevent gaps or duplicate coverage. Work with Merch team to ensure inventory is organized for content and removed from photoshoot space once content is complete (sold out styles, past season inventory)E-Commerce & Launch Support Ensure delivery for final imagery and content to the e-commerce/web team for product page builds is delivered on time. Verify all product imagery, descriptions, and assets are uploaded accurately before launch. Communicate proactively with web, marketing team and photoshoot team about asset readiness or missing pieces.Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the liaison between Merchandising, Creative, and E-Commerce teams. Support marketing campaigns with additional imagery/content requests.
