    We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!  Come work for a practice owned by mental health professionals.     Responsibilities Perform intake assessmentsProvide mental health therapy for primarily individuals and children, with some couples if desiredCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsQualificationsMaster's degree in counseling, social work, or similar fieldCurrent and unrestricted independent license required1 year previous experience as an independently licensed mental health therapist required, 2+ years preferredBasic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized Read Less
