    Job Title - RN Care Manager

    Department - PACE 

    Reports to - Clinical Services Director

    Work Location: 1214 Vaughn Rd, Burlington, NC 27217 (Piedmont Health SeniorCare in Burlington) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Please note that this role also requires after hours availability on a rotational basis for urgent home visits between the hours of 8:00am -5:00pm on the weekends)

    Job Summary: Working under the direct supervision of the Clinical Services Director, the primary responsibility of the RN Care Manager is to provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients by utilizing critical thinking skills to assist in the management of chronic diseases, clinical problem solving and decision making in collaboration with the IDT. The RN Care Manager works independently in the application of advanced nursing knowledge and skills relative to NCBON scope of practice, competency and experience. Participates in call rotation, performs home visits, end of life/palliative (aka Pathways), and nursing care per nursing protocol. Completes professional performance requirements annually.

    Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 

    Preferred: Has practiced nursing in the last 3 years. Prefer experience in home care or long term care setting, and ideally, PACE experience. Two years of acute care management experience is preferred and/or 1 year of community based nursing experience.

    Must possess knowledge and skills necessary to treat patientsMeet a standardized set of competencies for the specific position established by PHSC and approved by CMS before working independently Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

    Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: RN currently licensed in NC; present credentials which demonstrate ability to meet performance criteria for the RN position; Valid NC driver’s license.

    Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment. 

    Pay Range: $71,088 - $95,536 (commensurate with years of experience)

    Job Summary -The Assistant Controller supports the financial operations of the organization by assisting with accounting oversight, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, budgeting, and audit preparation. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal and state regulations, Uniform Guidance, HRSA requirements, and nonprofit accounting standards. 

    The Assistant Controller works closely with the Controller and leadership team to maintain sound fiscal management practices that support Piedmont Health Services’ mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to the underserved community.

    This position will have direct supervisory responsibility for designated members of the finance team, including Senior and Staff Accountants/Analysts, as well as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable staff. Other duties, as assigned.

    Qualifications -

    Education: BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field.

    Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), strongly preferred.

    Experience:  

    5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.Experience with grants management (HRSA grants preferred), fund accounting, single audits, and federal compliance.Supervisory experience, preferred.Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, CHC or FQHC environments, strongly preferred;

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, and internal controls.Proficient with accounting systems (e.g., MIP Fund Accounting, Sage Fixed Assets, PlanSource) and healthcare PM/EHR billing systems. Knowledge of HRSA/FQHC financial compliance requirements.Understanding of federal grant management and Uniform Guidance regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    Pay Range: $111,854 to $150,322 (commensurate with years of experience)

    About Position: Assist the Dentist chairside with dental procedures, independently performs direct patient care functions, performs laboratory procedures, sterilizes and manager dental instruments, dental radiographs (expose, process and mount), coordinates patient traffic, manage dental supplies and dental equipment maintenance.

    Duties/ Responsibilities –

    Evaluate Patient dental discomfort and / or dental concerns.Review Patient Medical History.

    Delivery proper follow up instructions and direct patient to dental check out area.Performances all others duties as assigned or needed.Prepare Dental Treatment Room with disinfectants and proper barriers ( i.e. chair, light, cart covers ).Evaluate the  treatment status from the record and prepare Dental Treatment Room accordingly ( i.e. extraction, restorative, prophy ).Topical Anesthetic Applied.Anesthetic Syringe loaded and ready.Prepare Patient Records and Radiographs for Dentist  ( View Medical History for Allergies ).Assist Dentist in completing dental services with patient .Proper exchanging of dental instruments with Dentist.Place and/or remove Rubber Dams.Mix and Assist placement of dental materials.Plan trays and mix impression material.Assist in removal retraction cords as dentist places syringe material for elastic impression.Alginate Impressions.Sealant Application.Coronal polishing.

    Qualifications -

    Current/valid License: Certification as a Dental Assistant II, Radiology Certification , Coronal Polishing Certification and CPR-Basic Life Support. 

    Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, email/internet and ability to learn other healthcare related software. 

    Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment

    Pay Range: $20.48/Hourly - $27.52/Hourly (commensurate with years of experience)
