Experienced Project Manager needed to manage construction projects; renovations, new construction, repair & maintenance work.Manage multiple projects from start to finish:EstimatingSchedulingMobilizingSubmittalsShop DrawingsSupervise day to day onsite operationsClose out packagesMust be able to communicate and coordinate with all trades / disciplines.Knowledge and experience with blueprints, scheduling and phasing of carpentry, drywall, casework installations and finish work required.Strong organizational and communications skills with the ability to utilize current technology: PCs, spreadsheets, email is expected; proficient in Microsoft Office and associated tools is idealDetail oriented with solid organizational skillsMust be a Pro-active Team playerAbility to multi-task in a fast pace environmentGood to have skills:
