  We are hiring a reliable and skilled Multi-Skilled Construction Technician to support commercial tenant improvement projects.

  This position is ideal for someone with strong carpentry and drywall experience who can also handle light concrete work such as forming and small pours.

  Responsibilities:

  Perform layout and framing (wood and metal studs)Install drywall, patching, taping, and finishing (Level 4)Prepare and apply paint and finishesBuild simple concrete forms (pads, curbs, small footings)Assist with concrete pours and placementInstall doors, hardware, and basic finishesMaintain a clean and organized job siteWork closely with project manager and follow schedule

  Requirements:

  We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to support commercial tenant improvement projects in Los Angeles and Ventura County.

  This role focuses on installation, modification, and coordination of HVAC systems, including ductwork, diffusers, and equipment tie-ins.

  Responsibilities:

  Install and modify HVAC ductwork, fittings, and supportsInstall diffusers, grilles, and registersAssist with installation or relocation of fan coil / RTU systemsConnect refrigerant lines and assist with system startupCoordinate with electrical and other trades on-siteRead and follow mechanical plans and layoutsMaintain clean and organized work areas

   Requirements
