Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the Coumadin Clinic, including scheduling appointments, triaging patient calls, and ensuring timely follow-up.Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical history, current medications, and laboratory results to determine appropriate Coumadin dosages.Monitor patients' response to therapy through regular INR testing, evaluate results, and make necessary adjustments to dosages.Provide patient education on Coumadin therapy, including medication administration, dietary considerations, and signs of potential complications.Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians, pharmacists, and laboratory staff, to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimize patient outcomes.Skills:
