    We are a privately owned ASC platform focused on building strong clinical teams, delivering high-quality outpatient surgical care, and supporting long-term growth for our staff and surgeons.


    Position Summary

    We are seeking experienced Pre-Op / PACU Registered Nurses to support our ambulatory surgery centers.

    This role is ideal for a motivated RN who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and values teamwork, patient care, and consistency in clinical excellence.


    Key Responsibilities

    Perform pre-operative patient assessments and prepare patients for outpatient surgeryStart and maintain IV access and complete required pre-op documentationCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop individualized patient care plansCarry out physician orders and monitor patients throughout perioperative careAssess surgical sites and dressings, escalating concerns to surgeons as neededEnsure patient safety, comfort, and a positive surgical experienceConfirm patients meet discharge criteria prior to releaseProvide clear, patient-specific discharge instructions to patients and familiesConduct post-operative follow-up phone calls to support recovery and outcomes


    Requirements

    Active RN license in good standing (Tennessee or compact state)BLS certification (required within 60 days of hire)ACLS certification (required within 60 days of hire)PALS certification (required within 60 days of hire)Pre-Op / PACU experience preferred (ER or ICU experience also considered)Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and patient care skillsTeam-oriented, dependable, and professional demeanor

    Position Summary

    We are seeking experienced and dedicated OR Circulator Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our ambulatory surgery center team. This role is ideal for a skilled perioperative nurse who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining surgical safety standards, and supporting efficient operating room workflows.


    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as the primary circulating nurse during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to sterile technique throughout the caseConduct pre-operative patient assessments and verify surgical readiness, including chart review, consents, and procedure verificationCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and clinical staff to coordinate patient care before, during, and after surgeryPrepare operating rooms, equipment, supplies, and instrumentation to support scheduled proceduresMonitor patient condition throughout surgical procedures and communicate changes to the surgical team as appropriateMaintain accurate and timely perioperative documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance with infection prevention protocols, patient safety initiatives, and accreditation standardsManage surgical specimens according to established proceduresParticipate in patient positioning, surgical time-outs, and other safety protocolsAssist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent proceduresSupport post-operative patient transitions and communicate relevant information to recovery staff

    PhyBus LLC is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead operations at our newest ambulatory surgery center currently under development in Middle Tennessee. The Women’s Surgical Center of Nashville will specialize in urology, gynecology, and urogynecology, with an anticipated opening in mid-2026.


    We are looking for a motivated, hands-on leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to help drive the center’s growth and success. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, collaborative environment that values both quality and efficiency.     The Administrator will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the ASC. This role reports directly to the management company and works closely with the Board to execute the center’s strategic plan and objectives. Key responsibilities include oversight of daily operations, leadership of clinical and support staff, and coordination of all operational and strategic initiatives to ensure the center’s success.


    Responsibilities:

    Plans and directs the short and long range efforts to deliver top quartile performance: Clinical Quality, Teammate Engagement, Physician Satisfaction and Earnings Growth.Works collaboratively with the Physicians and the Corporate Team as well as the staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.Maintains high patient satisfaction and a positive image within the community.Participates in monthly operating reviews to maintain operating and financial efficiency and success.Drives revenue growth through developing physician relationships, business strategies, programs and services to improve overall performance.Creates and implements a management process to drive sustainable, long-term volume growth.Sets high standards and clear focus and direction, implements company policies. Ensures positive outcomes between people, processes, and strategies to meet business objectives/goals.Promotes a positive atmosphere, high employee engagement and strong evidence of teamwork.Attracts, trains, develops, and retains Personnel.Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies. Prepares and maintains the ASC readiness for all accreditation surveys.Leads partnership meetings and preparation for Governing Board meetings.Develops effective working relationships with medical staff – including regular communication.


    Qualifications:

    BSN preferred or equivalent experience as ASC Administrator or Clinical ManagerTennessee Registered Nursing LicenseACLS, BLS CertificationTwo years of leadership experience in healthcare operations; ASC preferredUrology, Gynecology and Urogynecology knowledge preferredBusiness Office Knowledge: Coding, Billing and Insurance Reimbursement preferredMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
