Our Sales Associates Will Also:
Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take homeProvide excellent guest service throughout the experienceParticipate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectivelyEngage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkersOperate POS system and photography equipmentMaintain a safe and clean working environmentComfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditionsAll other tasks as assignedWhat We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethicTeam player who can work independentlyGood interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handlingKnowledge, Experience & Skill:
Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not requiredAt least 16 years of ageAbility to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of timeWhat Else Can You Expect:

Being a part of the Souvenir Leadership team is all about setting an example for our team and taking pride in demonstrating our Photogenic values. In addition to fulfilling the duties of Sales Associates/Photographers, leaders in this role will assist in overseeing the daily operations of your venue, support members of your team and drive performance goals forward. Do everything on the list above for all employees!Lead by example by following all policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional ManagerTrain on opening and closing duties at assigned venue (Leads may be asked to complete these duties on a temporary basis or for smaller shifts/locations within the venue as needed)Support leadership to maintain daily operations as scheduledReport policy or procedure violations to the Manager on dutyAssist with training new team members as neededMaintain a safe and clean working environmentAll other tasks as assignedOur Supervisors Will:
