Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and caring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Provide direct 1:1 therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
Collect and record accurate data on client progress
Assist with skill acquisition (communication, social, daily living skills)
Support behavior reduction using positive, ethical strategies
Collaborate with families and clinical team members
Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality
✅ Qualifications
High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field)
Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience a plus)
Willingness to obtain RBT certification (if not already certified)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check
