General Responsibilities:
Skill Development: Help teach our individuals physical, social, and emotional skills that enhance their lives. Follow programs to ensure their safety, wellbeing, and cognitive abilities.Record Keeping: Keep accurate records to analyze where our individuals’ care needs to be. Behavioral Support: Help maintain and build a healthy relationship by navigating through some challenging behavior and bad days. Help develop positive enduring relationships through dignity and respect. Work with a team to ensure healthy care.Requirements: 18+ years. Must be able to pass a criminal history background check. Must be able to drive individuals to and from places.
Education: Highschool Diploma. Great communication skills.
Skills: No prior experience needed but preferred. In-house training offered for CPR, BLS, Mandt, & Medications licensing.
Certification: Valid & current ID.

Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for many patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need. They often have the following responsibilities:
Grooming and bathing patients with low mobilityPreparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needsHelping patients eat and take medicationsMaking sure they have regular meals and proper medication dosagesMonitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staffAssisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bedTurning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfortExercising patients by helping them walkJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
