OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – IMMEDIATE HIRE
Phil’s Pressure Washing is seeking an energetic, motivated, and dependable Outside Sales Representative to join our team immediately.
This is a full-time position averaging 45 hours per week and includes a competitive salary plus bonus opportunities based on performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoodsRepresent the company professionally and positively at all timesCommunicate leads directly to the owner, who will handle closing salesTravel throughout multiple territories within the greater Houston areaRequirements:
Must be presentable, approachable, and comfortable speaking with homeownersMust have reliable personal transportationActive EZ-Tag requiredMust be comfortable working outdoors and walking extensively each dayStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyCompensation & Benefits:

This position requires walking approximately 3–5 miles per day, knocking on doors, and actively generating leads. Candidates must be comfortable with outdoor, physically active sales work, as these responsibilities are essential parts of the role.
