    THE ROLE

    As our Chief of IT & AI, you'll own our technology ecosystem from end to end — infrastructure, applications, data, and the AI-powered tools that make our operations hum.

    You'll work side-by-side with department heads, frontline staff, and senior leadership to identify opportunities, build solutions, and deliver measurable results. You're as comfortable presenting to the board as you are rolling up your sleeves with the team.

    Wash and sanitize all glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machines, including changing water and chemicals.Hand-wash delicate or oversized specialty cookware.Sort and stack clean dishes in their designated storage areas.Empty trash receptacles, break down boxes, and maintain disposal areas.Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure sanitation and safety.Assist the kitchen team with light food prep or restocking as needed.
