    Qualifications
    Dermatology or outpatient surgical experienceExcellent clinical judgment, bedside manner, and patienteducation skillsStrong foundation in medical documentation, coding, and billing compliance (CMS & private payers)Working knowledge of Electronic Health/Medical Records (EHR/EMR) systemsFamiliarity with priorauthorization and prescription workflowsDemonstrated commitment to HIPAA compliance, patient safety, and quality improvementProfessional appearance, integrity, reliability, and the ability to work effectively with physicians and support staffOrganized and selfdirected, able to manage a steady patient schedule while maintaining meticulous chartingCore Responsibilities
    Conduct comprehensive and problemfocused dermatologic examinationsFormulate differential diagnoses and develop evidencebased treatment plansPerform officebased procedures: cryotherapy, shave/punch biopsies, injections, excisions, wound care, and suturingAssist the dermatologist in surgical cases and complex proceduresOrder and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and pathology reports; communicate results promptly to patientsPrescribe medications and manage refills, including biologics and topical therapiesProvide pre and postoperative counseling and written instructionsDocument encounters accurately and timely in the EHR, ensuring coding/billing precisionCoordinate referrals and communicate findings with primary care physicians or other specialists as appropriateParticipate in inventory management of clinical supplies and medicationsContribute to qualityassurance projects and staff meetingsFoster a welcoming, compassionate environment that supports patient satisfaction and continuity of careCompensation & Benefits
