    Position Overview

    A fast-paced outpatient urology clinic is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, and hold an active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license. This role offers the potential for long-term placement based on performance and clinic needs.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical historiesAssist providers with in-office urology proceduresAdminister medications and injections as orderedPerform catheter care and catheter placementAssist with voiding trials and related proceduresCoordinate patient care and follow-up schedulingDocument clinical information accurately in the electronic medical recordEducate patients on treatment plans and post-visit instructionsSupport daily clinic flow in a high-volume outpatient setting
