As a K-12 school-based Special Education Teacher in Charleston, SC, your days will includeDeveloping and implementing individualized Education Programs (IEP) for studentsConducting and interpreting standardized testing to assess students' progressProviding speech and behavioral therapy as needed
Job Details:Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school settingHours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options
Successful Candidates Possess:A Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education (required)An active or pending state licensure, or the ability to obtain (preferred)Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)The ability to work in the U.S. without a sponsor
