RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise pharmacy staff including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnelOversee all prescription processing, compounding, and dispensing operationsEnsure full compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, Board of Pharmacy requirements, and HIPAA regulationsConsult with physicians, nurses, and patients on pharmaceutical mattersAdminister immunizations and manage controlled substances per regulatory standardsDrive quality assurance, staff training, and standard of practice across the pharmacyAssist with budget management and monthly financial review━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institutionThree (3) or more years of clinical pharmacy experienceActive, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license in the state of employment; eligible for licensure in additional statesAt least one (1) year of pharmacy management experienceStrong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team membersAvailability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and evenings as requiredAbility to sit and stand intermittently for extended periods; ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishPLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF ALL STATED REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET.
