    Position Overview

    The Associate Director, Regulatory, within the Compliance & Legal department, leads compliance-focused regulatory review and governance for promotional materials across media types (print, digital, social, and broadcast) for the Company’s products within an assigned product/therapeutic area. Serving as the Compliance & Legal representative on the promotional review committee (MLR/PRC; PRC/SRC/MRC as applicable), this role provides strategic input early in campaign concept and copy development, ensures alignment with internal policies and external standards (FDA/OPDP, FTC, the PhRMA Code, and other applicable laws and—when needed—relevant global requirements), and manages Form FDA 2253 submissions and OPDP advisory comment requests as appropriate. The role also helps define and maintain SOPs, controls, and training for the review process, monitors evolving guidance and enforcement trends, and maintains documentation and audit readiness to support inspections and audits.

    Responsibilities

    Compliance & Risk ManagementLead compliance-focused regulatory review of promotional materials across media types (print, digital, social, and broadcast) for the Company’s products within the assigned product/therapeutic areaEnsure promotional content and materials comply with FDA regulations (including 21 CFR 202.1), FTC requirements, the PhRMA Code, and other applicable laws Ensure submissions of promotional materials to FDA (Form FDA 2253) and FDA Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) advisory comment requestsBuild and maintain strategic relationships with regulatory authoritiesIdentify, escalate, and help resolve compliance risks and potential violations related to promotional practices, including deviations and policy exceptions as applicable, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholdersSupport audits and inspections related to promotional and labeling compliance, including ensuring appropriate documentation, audit readiness, and timely responses

    Position Overview:
    PharmaEssentia is seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager with a strong patient focus and a passion for driving results for its commercial product, BESREMi®. This position is responsible for all sales activities in an assigned geographical area and will be expected to maximize sales achievement through promotion of PharmaEssentia products to approved, targeted customers and distribution channels. You will build and execute strategic territory plans across stakeholders involved in patient care in order to educate customers about BESREMi® and address the various needs along the treatment adoption process.     PharmaEssentia Innovation Research Center (PIRC) is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Scientist I, Biotherapeutics to join the Biologics Platform team. The successful candidate will support discovery and early development of innovative biologic therapeutics, including antibodies, cytokines, multi-specifics, and T cell engagers. This role will focus on the identification, characterization, and optimization of lead candidates through integrated protein engineering, immune-cell assay development, and mechanism-of-action studies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in protein, immunology, and/or cancer biology, along with hands-on experience designing and/or evaluating therapeutic molecules in immunology or immuno-oncology discovery projects. As a valued contributor to a growing and dynamic team, this individual will help drive our mission to develop transformative therapies for patients.

    Summary of Key Responsibilities:
     Contribute to pipeline program and discovery project workstreams supporting target validation, candidate selection, and lead candidate optimization.Collaborate with internal research teams, external partners, and CROs to integrate experimental data with candidate selection criteria.Prepare high-quality internal presentations, scientific reports, external publications, or conference presentations, as appropriate.Stay current with emerging advances in immuno-oncology and relevant therapeutic modalities and communicate key findings internally.Provide scientific input within project teams and support the training or mentorship of junior team members.
    Essential Qualifications:
     PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cancer Biology or a related scientific discipline, with 0–2 years of relevant post-PhD experience in an academic or industry research setting.Experience with antibody, multi-specific, or other protein-based therapeutics, including formatting, production, characterization (e.g., affinity, epitope, developability), and functional evaluation.Hands-on experience designing, executing, and interpreting immune cell-based assays, including flow cytometry, cytotoxicity assays, co-cultures, and other immunoassays.Demonstrated ability to independently advance scientific projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate scientific findings clearly through written reports, presentations, publications, patents, or related scientific outputs.Proficiency with data analysis and molecular biology software, such as FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, Geneious, etc. Collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to contribute effectively within a dynamic research environment.
    Preferred Qualifications:Experience in cancer immunology and immuno-oncology.Working knowledge of emerging and established protein engineering technologies such as AI/ML-based protein optimization, structure-based rational mutagenesis, or combinatorial display-based technologies such as yeast and phage.Working knowledge of in vivo tumor model design, data analysis, interpretation, and translational relevance.

    Position Overview: 
    The Human Resources Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of HR systems, employee data, and operational processes. This role supports the employee lifecycle through onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly systems-oriented, detail-focused, and experienced working across multiple HR platforms including SuccessFactors, Anaplan, and ADP.

    Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee records across HR systems including SuccessFactors, Anaplan, and ADP. Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation, system access, and workflow tasks. Process employee status changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, and terminations. Conduct regular HR data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across systems. Partner with Payroll, IT and managers to resolve employee data discrepancies and process issues. Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for leadership and operational needs. Support HR compliance activities including document retention, I-9 tracking, and audit preparation. Assist with system testing, upgrades, integrations, and process enhancements. Create and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation. Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency and employee experience. Assist with contracting and procurement processes, as well as managing vendor invoices and payments.Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team.Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ years of HR operations, HRIS, or HR administration experience. Experience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Anaplan, ADP, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience supporting multi-state or complex organizational structures preferred. SkillsHRIS administration experience. Knowledge of HR data governance and compliance practices.     The expected salary range for this position based on greater Boston, MA location is $93,840-122,400. Actual salary pay will be based on multiple factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
