About the Role As the Senior Principal, Strategic Consulting , you will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, guiding them through complex challenges and shaping strategies that advance patient-centered care. You'll lead high-impact engagements, foster long-term partnerships, and drive innovation across the healthcare ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Build and lead the Program Office function from the ground up. Define governance, standards, and best practices for program management. Partner with senior leadership to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives. Oversee team and ensure delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects. Implement reporting and metrics to track progress and outcomes. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and Board-level executives. Identify client needs and connect them with the right Press Ganey resources for maximum impact. Direct and mentor engagement teams, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with client objectives. Lead innovation efforts within Consulting, expanding methodologies, tools, and technology. Develop proposals, budgets, and project plans that align with client goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Drive incremental consulting and product sales through strategic relationship-building and integrated solutions. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or related leadership roles. Proven experience in executive-level relationship management and strategic advisory. Strong background in experience measurement and management , with expertise in behavioral science practices. Demonstrated success in large-scale client implementations across multiple healthcare business lines. Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and communication skills , with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Significant knowledge of healthcare industry trends , with experience from both provider and health plan perspectives strongly preferred. Prior consulting experience and leader-of-leaders capability strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Flexible to travel nationally up to 75%. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
