    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Jacksonville team and lead site development and public works projects from planning through closeout. This role is ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial-minded construction leader who thrives on ownership, accountability, and delivering exceptional results.

    What We’re Looking For

    7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.

    Strong Controller-level accounting experience with responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

    Experience leading accounting teams and developing future leaders.

    Experience with financial reporting, audits, ERP systems, and process improvement.

    Strong understanding of Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting, job costing, and project-based accounting.

    Construction or heavy civil industry experience is strongly preferred.

    Experience in both public accounting and private industry is preferred.

    Experience managing accounting and financial reporting across multiple legal entities is highly desirable.

    CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
